For which tasks (responsibilities)?
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to lead a team of Technical Support Specialists and System Administrators.You will be responsible for the strategic management of corporate services, the development of Service Desk processes, and ensuring the stability of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Key Requirements
4+ years of experience as a System Administrator
At least 1 year in a Lead position
1. Experience in corporate services administration:
• Managing the Google Workspace ecosystem (domain management, OU, licensing, and integrations).
• Experience working with Active Directory (OU structuring, group policies).
• Understanding of the principles of network services and security (MFA, VPN, RDP zones).
2. Technical expertise in infrastructure and software:
• Experience working with Windows Server (2019/2022): Administration of AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), File Sharing.
• Experience in deployment, configuration, and support of services with Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Experience with bare metal server (hardware testing, installation, configuration).
• Deep understanding of PC architecture, experience in organizing modular repair processes and hardware modernization.
• Knowledge of the principles of SCS (Structured Cabling Systems) construction and maintenance of active network equipment.
3. Process and team management:
• Coordination and management of the team.
• Experience in building and optimizing Service Desk processes: prioritization, incident processing, and • escalation of complex cases.
• Skills in automating IT processes.
• Ability to perform technical onboarding, conduct briefings, and create internal documentation.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
• Experience in supporting version control systems (Perforce, Git ).
• Experience in supporting remote multi-platform tools (like TeamViewer, Parsec, AnyDesk, etc).
• Experience with Fortinet FortiGate solutions.
• Experience with Jira\Confluence.
Responsibilities
• Coordination of the 1st and 2nd line support team to ensure uninterrupted operation for users.
• Global control of access rights to internal resources in accordance with corporate policies.
• Participation in units with other departments on system environment updates, research of new technological solutions.
