We are looking for a strategic Operations Director to lead and optimize our operations as we grow. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing our activities, ensuring alignment with our goals, and driving efficiency across departments.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Activity Planning: Plan company activities, breaking down goals for departments and employees
KPI Management: Monitor achievement of company and employee goals/KPIs
Process Optimization: Develop and optimize operational processes
Coordination: Organize and coordinate work across departments
Vendor Management: Oversee interactions with external contractors
Performance Evaluation: Assess department and employee performance
Project Management: Implement project management best practices
