For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Offer intricate mathematical models for slot/table games and additional game features

• Collaborate closely with the game producer to craft the optimal gaming experience

• Posses a deep understanding of the slot/table games market

• Conduct thorough competitive game math analysis to extract valuable insights

• Offer clear and comprehensive answers and explanations to pertinent math-related inquiries from game designers, engineers, compliance departments, and other relevant teams as needed

• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot the technical implementation of mathematical models

• Innovate and explore new functionalities for slot/table games

• Contribute inventive concepts to the game logic and design team

• Collaborate closely with producers, artists, engineers, and other team members throughout the development process

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Possess a proven track record (1.5+ years) in producing slot game mathematics

• Exceptional expertise in combinatorics, statistics, and probability theories

• Passion for games from both a designer and player standpoint

• English: intermediate (both written and spoken)

• Experience in programming on Python or Java

• Design and take ownership of writing game logic for all designated games using proprietary tools

• Continuously engage in field research, analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to gain a clear understanding of player profiles for the purpose of developing new features and products

• Design and implement simulations to model and balance slots and table games

• Analytical and data-driven mindset

• Thoroughly playtest all games in studio development and provide comprehensive verbal or written feedback on all aspects of the player experience, including math, art, sound, messaging, game pacing, and user interface
