For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Set an idea and a development course for the team

• Build a team (with the due support of the team manager)

•  Develop a portfolio

• Develop a team skill, work on understanding the principles of working on characters and illustrations

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in the gaming industry as a Character Artist

• Excellent fluency in Adobe Photoshop

• Knowledge of anatomy, a sense of harmony of tone and color, an understanding of form, a developed sense of style, design aesthetics

• Understanding of concept development pipelines for 3D modeling and animation

• Ability to maintain a given style and comply with creative brief

• Understanding the art development pipelines in the game dev

• Estimating the projects

• High quality standards and artistic taste

• Ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and give constructive feedback

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Written and spoken English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher

• Ability to use 3D in your work

• Experience in developing /optimizing pipelines for unique tasks

• Experience in hiring a team (from creating a test to participating in interviews)
