• Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing initiatives to drive player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach new audiences.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with ongoing support, resources, and incentives to maximize their performance.

• Analyze affiliate performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and profitability.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of affiliate marketing strategies.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate affiliate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gambling or online gaming industry.

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the gambling industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, AffiliateWP).

• Passion for gambling and gaming industry trends.
