Allcorrect has been producing enjoyable content for videogames since 2008: from 2D and 3D graphics to text localizations and from large-scale AAA projects to indie games that have dominated the international market. 

As our art department experiences remarkable growth, we are excited to expand our team by seeking a skilled and visionary 2D Lead Generalist Artist!

• Help the team technically and artistically to carry out clients’ vision

• Support the development of employees in the team

• Review art to provide feedback to the team

• Manage employees' skills, and continue to develop processes, methods, and workflows

• Participating in communication with clients
  
  

Qualifications

• Russiаn language C1 or Native

• English language B2

• 5+ years’ experience as an artist in game industry

• Experience in team leadership and management

• Leading experience in all genres (casual, midcore, realism)

• Great communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
